We advise a broad range of clients from mature companies to early stage start-up companies. Our objective is to provide companies with services typically provided by a general counsel and outside corporate counsel in a cost-effective and responsive manner.

Medical Negligence basically is the misconduct by a medical practitioner or doctor by not providing enough care resulting in breach of their duties and harming the patients which are their consumers. It is an offense under tort, IPC, Indian Contracts Act, Consumer Protection Act and many more. Our dedicated Attorneys after complete study takes a. Compensatory action like seeking monetary compensation before the Civil Courts, High Court or the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum under the Constitutional Law, Law of Torts/Law of Contract and the Consumer Protection Act. and b) Punitive action: filing a criminal complaint against the doctor under the Indian Penal Code.

Our Aim
Free legal aid to Senior citizens– Senior citizen challenges social, physical, mental and economic which are unique to them. Security is another major issue for the older persons. The problem is made more acute with the break-up of the joint family elderly persons being left to fend for themselves. Our Organization ensures that all senior citizens who are entitled to legal aid under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 shall be provided free legal aid on a priority basis by our dedicated team.
Law Student Legal Service- our aim is to provide a safe and confidential space for all law students who have legal questions or concerns. We offer free consultations on a broad range of issues including academic and/or law related.
Law Interns: our aim is to provide opportunities to New Lawyers/Law Interns passing out from law colleges/schools from all over the country with ready Legal drafts, Legal research, case laws and articles and process of Law Courts to help them to overcome day to day challenges in Law Courts. Our Experienced team offer free consultations to aspiring attorneys who want to meet specific career goals.
NGO Support: We provide the opportunity to disadvantaged communities in India through various NGO and assist them with education and fundraising for women and children. We raises awareness of common issues for these communities and share valuable advocacy experience and support that makes a meaningful difference. Our Team go out of their way to provide legal assistance to people and organizations who are in need of but cannot afford to pay for their services. This practice is not as widespread in the Indian law community at present, but our team behind it is trying to change that very fast through various NGO.
